Bun Steaming Wire Basket

This bun steaming basket was designed to be used in conjunction with a bun steaming pan riser that would have water underneath of it to create steam for product on top of the riser or suspended in the pan with a bun steaming basket. This wire basket is specifically designed for this steaming application as it is constructed out of 304 Stainless Steel and has minimal contact with the surface of the product you are steaming which minimizes the chance of having a soggy product. Can be used with buns, tortillas or other products held in the plastic package as well.
