Thermodyne Product Spotlight: 1900DW
Thermodyne manufactures countertop and full-sized slow cook and hold ovens as well as commercial steamer cabinets, cook-chill equipment, and electric griddles. Designed as a dimensional alternative to the 1900G unit, Thermodyne's 1900DW slow cook and hold oven offers additional space for side-by-side pan placement along with double doors for tight areas that require a narrow door swing. Using patented Fluid Shelf Technology, food quality and safety are a sure thing.
Product Spotlight: 1900DW
Thermodyne’s 1900DW slow cook and hold oven is the perfect solution for high-volume feeding environments.
Featuring large storage compartments, the 1900DW can accommodate two 12 by 20 steam table pans side-by-side. A unit with standard options and shelf configuration can hold up to 20 pans simultaneously. With additional shelves available, the internal capacity can be nearly doubled or in some cases tripled.
In addition to the large food holding compartments, the 1900DW features a double door design. This can be especially useful in tight kitchen areas that require a narrow door swing.
The 1900DW features Thermodyne’s patented Fluid Shelf Technology, in which low-temperature heat is transferred throughout each shelf rather than through the air. This not only ensures food quality and safety but also allows food products to be held for extended periods. Additionally, every Thermodyne model is EPA 202 approved meaning it does not need to be placed under a hood system when used for cooking.
