This half size bun steaming riser was designed to have water underneath of it to create steam for product on top of the riser or suspended in the pan with a bun steaming basket. This perforated riser is specifically designed for this steaming application as it is constructed out of 304 Stainless Steel and has baffles welded on the bottom to prohibit water from spilling when the pan is opened and closed.
