Model 3000P
A half size version of Thermodyne's 6000P holding cabinet, this unit was developed for holding pizza and other packaged goods. Its standard shelf configuration provides storage of 20 15” pizza boxes; though additional shelves can be added to nearly double its capacity. Requiring only a small footprint, the 3000P pizza holding cabinet is perfect for drive-thru applications or lower volume stores.
